Will AAP deliver its promises to Delhi residents/voters?

I take liberty to use “horary astrology” to predict the possibilities of AAP delivering on its promises to Delhi residents/voters.
I assign the horary number (seed) randomly selected (between 1 and 249 by the use of a book of nadi astrology) as follows:

On the whole AAP will be able to deliver on its promises despite facing a lot of obstacles and struggle.
